10t domestic wheat flour milling

Our series 10t domestic wheat flour milling absorbs the achievement experiences from large scale wheat flour milling plant. It is small scale tonnage capacity. This wheat flour equipment adopts one sifter, one horizontal wheat scourer, two de-stoners and one dampering machine. The flour purifier uses two sets of 6FY-35 style wheat flour millings, three reel separators sets and one air filter, which has a compact structure. The domestic wheat flour milling  can product not refine wheat flour but grade wheat flour at the same time. And it is the ideal equipment for small scale wheat flour milling plant or domestic wheat flour mill plant.

Main Technical Parameters:
1) 10 tons of wheat within 24 hours;
2) The flour can be modified to various market requirements including F1, F2 and standard flour;
3) Dimensions: L×W×H=6.6x3.8x3.5 m;
4) Low power consumption: 25 kW; voltage: 380V-50HZ-3 phase’
5) The tempering tank includes two parts. The size of each tank is: L×W×H=0.9x1.5x1.5 m (can be provided separately by the user).
